You can reply to enquiries directly from Clevero using the built-in email functionality. This keeps all communication linked to the enquiry and easy to track.
You can also create custom email templates to use preset responses instead of writing a new message for each enquiry.
Go to Daily Operations > Enquiries > Open Enquiries.
Select the enquiry you want to respond to.
3. Select Email.
4. Choose the email template you want to use.
5. Draft your message to the enquirer.
6. Review and edit the email, then select Send Email.
7. All email interactions are recorded under Email Log.
