A user is an individual granted access to the system. They have access to information and features as determined by the role assigned to them.
Let's delve into the process of adding a new user to the system and assigning them a role:
1. Click "Settings" and proceed to "System Settings".
2. Choose the "Manage Users" option.
3. Click the "+ User" button.
4. Provide the user's first and last name.
5. Then input:
Email: An email verification will be sent to the provided address.
Roles: Assign one or more roles to the user. Roles control access to information and features.

6. Click on the "Save" button.
7. The user will receive an email to verify their email address and activate their Clevero account.
They will receive a temporary password for initial login.
