We understand that errors or mistakes can occur when entering data, and correcting them individually can be time-consuming. To address this, we offer a bulk update feature that allows you to update multiple data entries simultaneously with just a few clicks!
Follow the steps below to get started:
To perform the bulk update, you must create a spreadsheet containing the updated information for your files. The spreadsheet should include the required column ENTRY_ID, which will hold the Clevero entry IDs of the entries you want to update.
To find the entry ID:
Select the entry you wish to update.
Click on the three dots (βββ) located in the entry.
Select the "Info" (βΉοΈ) option.
In the spreadsheet:
Make sure to include the correct Clevero entry ID in the first column.
Additionally, have any other columns you wish to modify, such as title, sales rep, date, details, etc.

After your file is ready, it's time to update your entries!
1. From the Import page of the selected records, click on "Bulk Update".
2. Click the "Upload CSV File" button to upload the modified file.
3. Select the columns you wish to update on the Mapping screen:
The grey colour indicates fields that will be skipped (unmapped).
The red colour indicates invalid fields that require mapping.
4. Click the "Import" button to proceed with the changes.
5. A warning message will appear, stating that the changes cannot be undone. Confirm by clicking the "Yes, import & update" button to proceed.
