Blockout Dates allow you to temporarily disable online bookings for all locations during specific periods, such as public holidays, maintenance schedules, or special events. You can also exclude specific locations if they should remain bookable. This guide explains how to set the blockout dates.
Go to Blockout Dates and select + Add Block-Out Date to create a new entry.
2. Set the date or time period when all locations will be unavailable for online booking.
3. If certain rooms/locations should remain available, add them to the Excluded Locations field.
4. Select Save to apply the blockout date.
5. When customers access the online booking site, the blocked-out times will appear as unavailable (greyed out).
